WHAT?

Music therapy is the use of music as a therapeutic tool to enhance a person’s emotional, mental, physical, and/or spiritual well-being.  This can be accomplished through various activities paired with techniques facilitated by a Board Certified Music Therapist.

WHO?

Sunny Davenport is a Music Therapist with over 13 years of experience. Her passion is providing children & adults with special needs the opportunity to learn to play the piano. Using her training & experience, she adapts to each student’s learning style and gives piano instruction based on that style.

WHEN?

Enrollment is now OPEN for lessons beginning January 2012!! (Time slots are limited, and given on a first-come/first-serve basis.) Monthly & biweekly lessons are available; monthly tuition is based on frequency of lessons.

WHERE?

Lessons are held in Hoover. Accommodations are available for those in need of handicapped accessible facilities in the Hoover/Vestavia area.
