Special programs are designed to serve children ages 6 months to 17 years and 11 months of age diagnosed as mentally or physically disabled or developmentally delayed. Services include physical, speech, occupational and mental health therapy. The Center for Child and Adolescent Development, evaluates children with suspected or documented developmental problems using the multidisciplinary approach.
