The Lifelong Coordination Clinic (LCC) provides ongoing support services to individuals and families of adults with disabilities. Services are tailored to the needs of each family and include, but are not limited to, independent living, employment support, futures planning, and community inclusion. Clinicians, individuals, and families work together to develop and implement plans that promote independence and the best possible quality of life.
