That will be wonderful. I wish it was in the Birmingham area. I have a five year old with PDD-NOS and would love for him to get out of public schools into a school for special needs, christian based and not terribly expensive.

How expensive is this going to be????
My family has a low income(especially these days), but I would love to be able to send Casey (spectrum disorder/high functioning) to a school that has his needs in mind. I had to send him to a public school (fonde) for K-5....and needless to say, we didn't get far with him. He was put into a mainstream classroom, and did not have a correct IEP until the very end of the year. So basically i lost a year, and dont want to lose another. These are precious years that need not be pushed aside based on the inadequacy of the school.
Anything you can tell me or help me with would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.
Jan

At this time, special needs classes will not be included in the curriculum. I'm sure that, as the need increases, they will re-visit the issue.
